Mr. Hadden focuses his practice in the areas of estate planning, estate administration, business and corporate law, and tax-exempt organizations. After graduating from the University of Georgia with an A.B. degree in political science, Mr. Hadden obtained his J.D. degree from the University of Georgia School of Law and his LL. M. degree from Emory University School of Law. He has engaged in the practice of law for over 45 years, most of that time in LaGrange, Georgia, and more recently in Columbus. He has prepared countless wills, trusts and related documents, and provided legal advice with respect to numerous estates. He has assisted corporations and other legal entities by providing legal guidance to boards on corporate governance, creating and dissolving business entities, and implementing business succession plans. He has also structured and handled numerous business acquisitions, mergers, business sales and liquidations. He has presented programs on various aspects of wills and estate planning to organizations and groups and has represented several non-profit organizations. He and his wife Sallie have one son, Will.
