Forbes focuses his practice in the following areas: wills, trusts, and the administration of estates; the taxation of estates, gifts, and generation-skipping transfers; and non-profits/tax exempt organizations.
Forbes earned his B.A. in Political Science from the University of North Florida. He later obtained his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University. While at Mercer, Forbes was a member of the Phi Delta Phi Honor Society, the Business, Bankruptcy & Tax Law Society, and the Mercer Low Income Tax Clinic. After graduating from Mercer, Forbes attended the University of Florida Levin College of Law where he obtained his LL.M. in taxation.
In his spare time, Forbes enjoys spending time with his family and breaking the high-score record at local golf courses.
